I am a nonsmoker, I live separately upstairs with own kitchen.

6 minute walk to local shopping 7 day IGA; post office; pharmacy; newsagent bottle shop. 6 minute drive to 134 shop Innaloo Westfield shopping Centre. Wembley Public Golf course, Bold Park 10 lane Aquatic Centre and public tennis courts all 5 minutes by vehicle or short walk away. Bus 84 to city is a 5 minute walk.

I provide lockers for excess baggage at no charge.
