I have 2 rooms available for rent. Both rooms are queen size rooms with built in wardrobes. One room has access to the balcony which you can set up as your own private space. One dedroom is unfurnished and the other can come partly furnished (bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets). The bathroom is modern, spacious and includes a shower and a bath with separate toilet and another sink located right outside the bathroom. The two available rooms will share the bathroom (I have an en-suite so its not used by me and there is a toilet downstairs for guests). There is also one garage spot available for parking and another spot avaiable right outside the house

Spacious, modern property in sought after location. The house is nice and big with all new furniture (some photos show old furniture). Walking distance to West Leederville and Leederville train station (12 minutes). Less than a 500m walk to beautiful Lake Monger. Close to cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, gyms etc. Easy access to the freeway. Property is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (separate toilet downstairs and 2 bathrooms upstairs). Two living areas, undercover outdoor area, separate study and nice big separate laundry.

Bills and expenses

Bills will be split equally between 3 people and include electricity (i have solar panels which help keep bills down), gas, water, internet and cleaner (every 3 weeks who cleans whole house including your room and bathroom). Bills average out to be about roughly $130 each per mont

Im a full time working professional with a busy life. I work from home 2 days a week (I have a separate study at home to work from) and spend 3 days in the office. Im originally from Scotland but have lived in Perth for the last 10 years. I travel quite a lot and I’m always out and about doing things so I’m not always at home. I’m friendly and accommodating and want others to feel like it’s their home too when they move in but I’m also respectful of others space. I like to keep the house clean and tidy (common areas).
Compatible people
Must be a clean and tidy person who respects sharing a house with others and pays rent on time. Would prefer someone who didn’t work from home all the time given I also work from home a few days a week. Would be great to share the space with people who like to sit down and have a chat or watch a movie over a tea or wine but also respects people’s space and downtime. Open to allowing someone with a small dog if it’s toilet trained, doesn’t bark all the time and doesn’t have separation anxiety if no one is home. However there is no grass in the outdoor area but there are two dog parks very close by.
