Looking to rent out a room that’s part of a two bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is in great location, only minutes walk away to the Leederville, West Leederville and city West stations. It’s right next to some great eateries and a short walk to Leederville’s main strip.
There’s also a free CAT bus and is walking distance to northbridge and the CBD.
The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, drawers, built-in wardrobe with separate own bathroom.
In the complex, you will also get access to a pool, sauna and gym. There’s also an activities room with table tennis and a pool table that you can enjoy.
Please note there is no parking available, however there is plenty of street parking and a parking garage next door. Alternatively, you can reach out to other tenants who may rent out their parking bays.
