Hello! We are looking for someone to move into our sharehouse (3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 2 toilets) in West Perth off Bulwer. Available from approx April 23, it’s located a short walk to Northbridge and the city. The house is fully furnished except your room. Rent is $235/week not including bills and the room comes with a portable air con.
You’ll be living with a male and female in their mid 30’s both working full time (sometimes from home). I also have a 17 year old cat who is no trouble (unless you’re allergic). No more pets - sorry.
We’d like someone closeish to our age and employed, but not working from home full time. It’s not a party house but we do like to catch up for a chat every so often.
We will also need to get you on the lease, so you need to be okay with that and paying bond (4 weeks rent). Message me if you’re interested!
