Description of the home

Sunny bedroom in an awesome neighbourhood, ready for a fresh start. The room can be semi-furnished (new double bed-frame incoming) but can also be cleared out if you have your own things.
There is space for another car in the driveway and a small shed out back to store any belongings you may have. The front yard is large and gets a lot of sun. Hoping to have some wildflowers and veggies ready in the spring! In the summer the deck is awesome for entertaining and having friends around.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, oven, air-fryer, fridge. You would have access to your own half of the pantry and fridge. Living room has a very comfy couch and you would have access to study and printer if you need it.

The bathroom would be shared with me only which includes a bath and shower, the toilet is separate as is the laundry.

The neighbourhood is 10 minutes from Fremantle/ the beach and 20 minutes from the CBD. Buses run from right down the street and the house is very close to local shopping centres and gym.

Bills and expenses

Bills are included in the rent. $50 a month for internet (split 50/50).
