Would perfectly suite person needing shorter term accommodation, while visiting Perth or looking for something more permanent or similar, people attending courses, staying in Perth for health treatment and such. Place is on direct bus route to Curtin and Murdoch University, Fremantle. There are 3 busses to take you to train station which is 15 minutes to city. Total trip to city about 45 minutes.
