We don’t have any pets, and if you have a car, there’s a parking space available alongside the other flatmate’s car just infront of the house. Commuting is easy as the bus stop is just a 7-minute walk from the house. We’re also a convenient 10-minute walk from Riverton Shopping Centre.

We’re renting out one of the rooms in our spacious 5-bedroom house for a fixed length of 3 weeks (from September 18th to October 8th). There are six of us currently living here: two Italian guys, me and my Filipina sister, a French guy, and another girl. However, during your stay, three of the flatmates will be on holiday, so there will only be four people in the house, including you. We’re all in our 20s to mid-20s, creating a laid-back atmosphere.
Everyone works full-time, and the house has a relaxed, easygoing vibe. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for a peaceful and friendly environment to stay for a while.
