Howdy, there is one room available in a beautiful Yokine townhouse.
Room is $235 per week which includes water but not electricity and gas (to be split between three housemates).
You would be sharing a large bathroom, which has a shower, bath and toilet, with one other housemate - a 26yo male.
The third housemate has her own bathroom.
There is a third toilet with vanity downstairs. The house is mostly furnished with high quality fridge and washing machine, as well as dryer, outdoor furniture, bbq, dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, lounge + desk and chair in spare room.
Ducted air conditioning throughout the house was installed recently and can be managed from app on phone as well as control board. There’s also a split system unit in the room.
There is a garage with space for two cars to be shared between 3 housemates.
Will need to supply personal and work reference + proof of employment (work contract or two most recent payslips) + two weeks bond and one week rent in advance of moving in. Sry no couples and no working from home full time. Pets considered

About the occupants
My name is Kate - I own the property and won't be living there. Tenants are:
John: A 26 year old web developer who is out most of the time working, socialising or playing sport but is also studying needs a peaceful home when he is there.
Vi: A 39 year old support worker who is very mature and respectful and also out all day working.
Both are up for a chat and want to get to know their roomies but also value personal space.
Neither are big drinkers or party people so don't want to live with a heavy drinker- this is really important.
Compatible people
Someone who keeps busy and is social but has their own life. Must be willing to help with housework and a low maintenance garden - A night owl preferable over early riser (someone who doesn’t wake up before 7am is best as bedrooms are located around main bathroom).Happy for you to have ppl round for bbq etc if agreed with other housemates in advance but multiple times a week won't work. Chilled vibes only :)
