There's bus stops nearby as well as shops within two blocks (service station and takeaways). We have one room available for a single person needing close proximity to town, to share the unit with two males.

Bills and expenses
nbn internet, excess water are included in rent with up to $300 per Quarter to the electricity account and any bill over that we split three ways equally. You buy your own food and personal care products and may have to contribute to household cleaning product purchases as well as helping with household chores (cleaning etc)

About the occupants
Anthony is the main occupant and has lived here for over 10yrs, Casey is renting the front room and has been here for 3yrs so far. We are both easy going and don't intrude into each other's space, we do share conversations but mostly keep to ourselves as we would with another flatmate.
