A beautiful 4 bedroom, palm tree filled tropical house in the heart of Byron Bay. It features a large open plan living area and kitchen with concrete bench and breakfast bar. We have wooden floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, large bathroom with shower and bath & a separate toilet. We also have a spare room that we keep for visiting friends and family.

The house has a gated pool and good security. We are not over looked and the property is fully fenced off. We have a private driveway should you need to park your car and there is plenty of off street parking in our quiet, family filled street.

We are in a prime location. Only 5 minutes drive to town or about 20 minutes walk. Tallows beach is within walking distance to the property and Suffolk park is around a 10 minute drive.

.there are no bills with either of the rooms. both of the room rental prices include all power bills, internet, Netflix, running costs of the pool and all cleaning products for the house, toilet roll etc
