Description of the home

Located in Tumbulgum village (5 minutes drive from the M1 @ Chinderah / 15 minutes from Coolangatta airport). The house is situated on a quiet street approximately 100m from the river and an easy stroll to shops / pub.

The house is a modern style two storey with spacious backyard, fruit orchard and vegetable garden.

You would be sharing with one male (early 40s) and a small dog (I have no current plans to rent the third upstairs room).

The house / room is fully furnished. Storage is available in the garage if you have belongings that don't fit in the room.

You should generally be able to park in the driveway but not at all times as there are several vehicles on the premises.
