Bus stop also at the end of the street, (15 second walk) FYI. Within minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches and rivers. Beautiful side yard with chairs to relax in the sun if you wish and look at Australian native birds and trees everywhere.

The river with an abundance of wildlife is 50 metres away. Walking paths and bike tracks galore. (5 min cycle into Coolangatta).
