I have a peaceful home in Tweed Heads South with a room to rent. Rent is for one person, including electricity, water and wifi.
Would suit someone who is full time employed or full time studying. I work fulltime and am a clean, organised and respectful person, so I am looking for someone similar.
My home is a relaxed place. Usually just myself and pets (1 dog & 2 cats). The pets are very chilled but they are my family so you need to be okay with them.
The room comes with private use of the main bathroom right across the hall. It has a large built-in wardrobe (approx. 3m), new carpet, new blinds and a ceiling fan. It is furnished with a king single bed (it can accommodate up to a king size bed), new large side table, new desk, new chair, 2 table lamps and a large sofa chair. It can be unfurnished if required.
Also available for additional rent (+$50) - Lockable private use of a second room (next to bedroom) which is perfect for an office, study or storage (not as bedroom).
Full use of kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, appliances) and laundry (washing machine and dryer). Off-street parking available for a car.
Located in Tweed Heads South, our gated complex has a swimming pool and barbecue facilities.
Two minutes drive to supermarket, local shops and clubs. Five minutes drive to Tweed City. Less than ten minutes drive to Coolangatta Beach.

My interests are my pets, travel, music, current affairs, good humour and relaxing. I usually hang out at home when I am not working or I am walking Charlie, at the beach or out and about with friends.
I don’t have a party house, my entertaining is the occasional catch up with friends and a glass of wine on the back patio.
I do vape but am respectful around others.
My ideal housemate will be clean, respectful, love animals, not smoke (vaping okay), have common sense, a good sense of humour and doesn’t over-stress about life.
I have a cavoodle that loves everyone. And two rescue cats that are good with smaller dogs. If you have a dog, we can do a meet and greet and see if it works.
I used to foster animals so Charlie is the least discriminating being on this earth that I know. He loves rabbits, kittens, and even guinea pigs.
Love the beach, the local dog park, walks and cuddles.
Bambi - rescue cat - 5 years old
Tiny Bambi had a very traumatised first 2 years of her life. With love and affection, and a wide personal space, she is now a super happy little girl.
Georgie - rescue cat - almost 2 years old
Found in the gutter when he was about 4 weeks old, we took Georgie in and Charlie and Bambi reluctantly adopted him. He is the crazy child in the family.
