Beautiful backyard area with deck. Beachy shack vibe. Two minute walk to the beach. Front deck and driveway with parking space out front and back behind gate. Small home but very clean and homely. Laundry area. Fireplace in living room. There is a third bedroom, currently just used for storage of our music equipment, you are welcome to use for whatever storage needed ie. Clothes rack if you prefer to have more space in your room as is quite small. We have friends stay in here too if you ever want friends to stay over 😁
