The bedroom comes with a furnished queen bed, lamp, and has a built-in wardrobe. It is on the second floor of a 3-floor townhouse and shares a balcony with our bedroom. There is a divider in the middle of the balcony for some privacy. At the moment, there is still a space in the divider where my cat will walk through sometimes, so he may pay your balcony a visit sometimes.

We will be moving in on the 25th - all the photos provided does not depict the furniture that will be there when you move in.

3 bedroom house, all with built in wardrobes. 1 spare room is furnished and there is a main bathroom as well as an outside shower and toilet by the garage.
The bedroom and house should be fully furnished on the move in date.
We do have 4 cats but as I was in cat rescue they are all well trained and friendly.

Bills and expenses

As we have yet to move into the property ourselves, I cannot provide exact $$ for the bills.
The internet is should be approximately $80-90/monthly.
The electricity varies depending on how many people are living here at the time and the season,
These will all be split equally between however many tenants are living here at the time.
We do our own thing food wise (groceries). If you have a car, there is plenty of parking on the street.
Due to rent and bills, we do ask for at LEAST a 1 month notice if for any reason you cut your stay short. OR have a suitable replacement to take over. Just so we aren’t left in the lurch :’)

Hi there! My name is Aleja, I’m 23 years old. I’m currently working at Huskisson Hotel.

My partner also lives with me. He is 29 years old, his name is Bernard. He also works full time and leaves the house around 5:30-6am every weekday for the gym and work and will be back between 6-9pm.
We are both homebodies who love to cook and unwind with a good movie or tv show.
Compatible people
We are looking for someone who is respectful and easy to get along with. We are really looking for a drama-free home and would like someone who is tidy. We understand a little bit of mess but we would rather not come home after a long day to see the place look like a dump. Would really prefer someone who understands boundaries, respect, and privacy. Friendship within a home is great but it can’t be without respect and trust. :)

As the place is fully furnished, we would also like someone who is respectful and consider of others belongings.
Description of pets
We have 4 cats: Obi (in the photos) is a 4 year old ragdoll. You definitely need to be cat friendly, my cat is quite a sweetheart but can be a big scaredy cat… he may not come out to say hello for a while and I need someone who will respect that.

Then there is the boys Georgie and Bolt, they are 1 and very friendly. Bolt is the more outgoing out of the two.

Our newest addition is Delta, she is 3 years old and has had her ears amputated when she was rescued. She is very affectionate.
