Description of the home

The photos provided does not depict the furniture that will be there when you move in. Our current flatmate is moving out on the 16th.

3 bedroom house, all with built in wardrobes. 1 spare room is furnished and there is a main bathroom as well as an outside shower and toilet by the garage.
The bedroom and house should be fully furnished on the move in date.
We do have 2 cats but as I was in cat rescue they are all well trained and friendly.

Bills and expenses

As we have yet to move into the property ourselves, I cannot provide exact $$ for the bills.
The internet is approximately $80/month and will be shared between whoever is living there at the time.
The electricity varies depending on how many people are living here at the time and the season,
These will all be split equally between however many tenants are living here at the time.
We do our own thing food wise (groceries). If you have a car, there is plenty of parking on the street.
Due to rent and bills, we do ask for at LEAST a 1 month notice if for any reason you cut your stay short. OR have a suitable replacement to take over. Just so we aren’t left in the lurch :’)
