The room is unfurnished. There would be room for a queen bed, however a double fits better. You can comfortably fit in a double bed, desk and bookshelf. There are also built in wardrobes. The room has a ceiling fan. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Wifi can be included.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and you are welcome to use whatever you need. We overlook a park and there is plenty of walking/running paths around and the Brook nearby. The house is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home and is two storey. There is a small yard and garden. We also two dogs who are very chill and always good company.

We have two dogs - Eira and Rosie. They get walked everyday and generally spend their days sleeping. They are great company and will get very excited to see you when you get home. They are generally very chill, but will approach you for the occasional pats. They can be good guard dogs when needed.
