Own living area. Room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Buderim. You will have your own bath and toilet living area Plenty of space. Pretty much you would have half of the house to your own.
Shared with a mature, neat and clean male, in his 50’s. I have my own courier business and have to get up really early. From 3am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
Great and quiet location. Close to restaurants and shops. 10 minutes to Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and the beaches.
Preferably looking for someone over 30, who is neat, tidy, respectful and quiet, works full time, pays rent on time and does not mind that I am a smoker.
