We have 2 rooms available for rent from the 30/11/24
The two rooms are at the opposite end of the house and share a large bathroom. They are decent sized rooms with built in wardrobes.
The house is fully furnished and we have one room furnished and one room unfurnished.
The rooms are $250 each not including bills and must always stay 2 weeks advance in rent. We have a regular fortnightly cleaner who comes which we all chip in for. The house has solar so power bills are always minimal which is great.
Unfortunately there are no pets as we already have 2 outdoor dogs and a cat here, so obviously you need to be an animal person.
ps: yes the Christmas decorations are already up 🎄
We are a 22 & 24 year old couple. Super chill people and enjoy a peaceful home but do like to have a wood fire pizza, watch the footy and have a few drinks out the back. We both work full time mon-fri and like todo stuff to the house and DIY’s on the weekends
