Myself Santosh owner of this place
The house is on three level the room 2 is on the first floor ($375)with walk-in wardrobe, double shower, private balcony, private parking area.
Ground level room 1 (350)- own shower, wardrobe, huge balcony, study area.
Ground level has kitchen, dinning and entertainment area.
There is studio apartment on the basement which will be separate rented out ($450)
So at any given day there will be three people in the three story house.
There will be fortnightly cleaning person coming to keep the common areas, toilet and kitchen area updated (included in the rent)
We are on the solar power so electricity bill is moderate and tenant has to share the bill.
We have Rain water system so no water bill.
We have small veggie patch and small yard to maintain.
