Hi everyone, I’ve got a room available in a unit that I lease in Mooloolaba
The unit is small in size but still very liveable and in a great location, close to bus stops, supermarket and only a five minute walk to the beach and it has a great veranda area with views over a canal with spectacular sunsets
I’m looking for someone who is respectful and reliable with paying rent on time who is aged between 35-45 give or take a couple of years, happy for either female or male
The room is for just one person as the unit is a little too small for three
A bit about me
I’m 41 years old and work in disabilities/mental health support and when not working I’m hitting the gym, swimming or doing something outdoors
I’m sociable and love a laugh but no party animal so always happy to chat or have wine/beer/coffee but also just as happy when doing my own thing
I respect others and their property and wish for the same in return
A bit about the unit
Rent $270 per week includes wifi and electricity so no other costs
Bond is 2 x rent = $540
The bedroom has a bed already in it and a built in wardrobe
Shared bathroom
There is on street parking but unfortunately no off street (probably won’t suit a tradie with thousands of $$ worth of tools on the back of their truck)
The right applicant will need to be approved by the real estate prior to moving in and I have all the documentation here to give to the right person to complete
