Other information
I have been living here for a few years and it is a quiet and peaceful home, with a fully fenced yard and only one block from the river. It is a 10 minutes walk to the Noosa Farmer’s Markets. I am currently in the main room, so I am offering the two smaller rooms for the price of one. Enjoy the ability to have a massive walk-in robe or private lounge or office in the second room. There is a carport and outside storage space available. The bathroom and toilet are shared.

Home Description

Description of the home

What’s for rent?
I’m looking for one person to split the rent with, in a three-bedroom home in Noosa Heads.

I have a dog who is a friendly and affectionate guy, so if the real estate approves another dog and our dogs get along, that should be fine.

The rent for the whole property is $700/week, so we will be splitting that evenly ($350 each) along with all bills.

About me:
I’m Jess, I’m 37 and I live independently but with a physical disability. I have a team of support workers who help me manage my day-to-day, like meals and chores. I have a cleaner who comes by fortnightly as my contribution to deep cleaning.

Due to the nature of my disability, I’m not a big fan of using my voice however that means I am super quiet and an exceptional listener who can always be there for you on rough days, without interrupting or having ‘helpful suggestions’.

I’m 420-friendly - I’m a medical user who can be very discreet if needed.

About occupants
I’m Jess, I’m 35 and I live independently but with a physical disability. I get around the house with a walker and have a chair and scooter set up to enjoy my daily adventures with my dog. I have a team of support workers who help me manage my day-to-day, like meals and chores. I have a cleaner who comes by fortnightly as my contribution to deep cleaning. My support workers are all independent and fun - no stuffy nursing environment here! We’re a very inappropriate bunch who are always cracking bad jokes.

Due to the nature of my disability, I’m not a big fan of using my voice however that means I am super quiet and an exceptional listener who can always be there for you on rough days, without interrupting or having ‘helpful suggestions’. My dog’s name is Cal, he is a kelpie cross who looks like a Dingo. He is a friendly guy and loves hanging out.

I spend my time at home painting and drawing, chilling to music, playing chess, or watching Netflix. If I’m not at home, I’ll be outside at the dog park, enjoying nature or volunteering at the op shop. I’m 420-friendly - I’m a medical user who can be very discreet if needed. I use a vape pen daily, so that can easily be kept hidden away. I have a boyfriend who lives and works away He stops by about once a month for a week - he doesn't store anything here or use this as his residence.
