Bedroom has a small desk, a chair, bedside tables, bedside lamps, and a queen bed. Bed linen is available if required. The wardrobe features shelves, but no hanging space. Built in mirrors on wardrobe doors.

It is the front room in the house and the bathroom is shared with one other. Shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Parking space on the road. No parking on the grass. Bills included unless usage increases above expectations.

Description of the home

Quiet area of Noosaville in the Doonella area, public transport within walking distance (1km), quiet flatmates and one timid cat. Cat wellbeing is high priority in the house. Flatting with 2 responsible, working males in their early 20's, but house is under the responsibility of the parents who may visit occasionally. House cleaner comes once a fortnight for basic cleaning but daily cleanliness of house and room cleanliness is flatmates responsibility.

Lounge has aircon, all rooms have ceiling fans, there is a covered courtyard with a large table and small bbq.

House is not near the river, so preferable flatmate has own transport or is willing to work around the bus schedule from Sea Eagle Drive.

Preference is for a single rather than a couple.

J2 - 21yo male, works in retail, surfs - has use of 2 rooms, one as a playstation room, longtime friend of J
Compatible people
Quiet, respectful, socialable but respects other flatmates privacy and personal space, considerate of the cat, works fulltime. The house is in a gated community close to other houses so you'd have to be mindful of neighbours as well.

J's parents visit occasionally so potential flatmate would have to be ok with their visits on occasion. House is inspected 3 monthly, flatmate will have to contribute to cleaning and tidying house, gardens and bedroom for inspections.
Description of pets
Quiet older shorthair persian cat, timid, scares easily, requires easy access to litter box in garage, and food in kitchen. Does not like loud noise. Please be respectful of the cat.
