The bedroom is fully furnished with the queen size bed and the sofa. There is also a light, a bedside table and a chest for storage. You also have use of the garage for a small amount of storage.
You will have the use of all shared areas which include small kitchen, dining room and lounge room with TV. You also have a TV in your bedroom that can be used for Netflix or streaming. I have pets so you cannot have your own and unfortunately , the place isn’t big enough for somebody with children

There is a lovely garden and outdoor area with a barbecue and walks close by in the reserve down the road. The neighbourhood is quiet and the neighbours are lovely The house is 3 km from the centre of Nambour. It is close to the Bruce Highway and a bus route close by

About the occupants
I’m in my late 40s and I live alone in my unit in Perwillowen . I’m a teacher who works in Noosa and I have two lovely dogs and some crazy cats. In the past, I travelled a lot and I speak four languages - German, Spanish, Afrikaans and English. I love gardening and all types of creative arts and work hard at making my garden beautiful. I live a pretty busy lifestyle and I’m involved in a lot going on. I don’t smoke, I drink occasionally and enjoy good food. I’d like to be more active, but I do enjoy walking the dogs and being out in nature.
Compatible people
I’m looking for someone who open minded, responsible, clean and neat and easy to get on with. Happy to have people who are on shorter term leases or on a working holiday Visa. Unfortunately my house is not suitable for people who have pets or children. The person who lives here needs to be responsible to make sure my pets stay safe and are happy, and in return they will get lots of love and some crazy memories. This is not a party house, no smoking, vaping or drugs.
Description of pets
I have Dogs called Rosie and Ralph. Rosie is eight and a kelpie cross and Ralph is seven months old. He’s a Silky cross Maltese terrier. My cats Oliver, Harry, and Sam. All very friendly and affectionate. Happy to give and receive tons of love
