Kitchen appliances - Oven, stove, slow cooker, steamer, rice-cooker, toaster, kettle, blenders, food processor, SodaKING. All plates, cutlery, pans, etc. Feel free to bring your own as there is a huge amount of space and storage in the kitchen

Location: Located just off Sippy Downs Drive and couple minutes walk from University of the Sunshine Coast. 10-15min walk to Coles and Woolworths as well as restaurants, bottle shops and medical

Public Transport: Bus stop a few minutes walk away. Takes 20ish minutes to get to closest beach (Mooloolaba) and shopping centre (Kawana Shoppingworld)

Carparking: 2 Spaces, 1 still available. Covered and secure

Exercise: There are several gyms within a short walk as well as large parks for walking. Will also have some home gym equipment (free weights, boxing, cycle and I may add some others)
