We are looking for students or compatible guest who would have their own room and share the main bathroom and separate toilet. The house is student, international-visitor, and local-friendly.
I am looking for housemates who are compatible, quiet, polite, clean, considerate of others, and above all trustworthy.
This is not a party house. Heavy drinkers party animals need not apply.
NO smokers vapes. NO drug users. NO pets in the house. Sorry
I'm looking for longer-term tenants who can enhance our peaceful and harmonious household.
People who are chilled and happy to pitch in to maintain a clean and homely vibe in the house.

The house is a large high-set Queenslander country-style house on a very big block. Clean and comfortable, located in a quiet Court with great hinterland views, huge backyard with a vegetable garden, grown usually in the cooler months though.
The house has 3 refrigerators a main bathroom with a separate toilet and one master bedroom with a toilet/shower ensuite.
Alfresco dinning and gas cooking area with charcoal and regular gas BBQs as well as an outside potbelly wood heater for winter.
Linen doona's sheets and towels are supplied as well as cleaning products.
All cooking needs pots pans, microwave/oven, air fryer, 3 rice cookers, utensils etc. water purifier and Vittoria capsule coffee machine.
LOCATION:
5 minutes walk to Grasstree Ct bus stop at Sunrise Beach shops.
12 minutes by bicycle to Noosa Junction the distance is 1.8km.
10 minutes walk to Sunrise Beach distance of 900mts to beach access No36 and No37.
The beach is patrolled by a lifeguard during the Christmas and Easter holidays between beach access No.37 and No.36 on Tingira Cr. There are showers and toilets as well as the Beach Chalet Cafe.
Conditions to stay in the house.
Rooming Agreements are provided for each tenant.
ABSOLUTE MINIMUM STAY IS 3 MONTHS to comply with Noosa Council local planning law.
I require 2 week's rent and 2 weeks' bond IN ADVANCE ON ARRIVAL.
I will need a copy of your VISA for international visitors or Australian I.D such as a drivers licence.
