Location is accessible to all you need such as bus stop, local shops, servo, golf course, parks, walking + bike trails, Noosa river & beach.

The room is priced for a single person only - preferably long term therefore for this reason i am not accepting Backpackers - WHV - Couples.

The 2 current occupants (1 M) - (1 F) who are down to earth in nature and lead a simplistic lifestyle are highly respectful of the other (yes we do everything quietly to maintain the Feng Shui vibe) 🙏🏻 and appreciate everyones differing schedules/downtime.
We share in good conversation/shared meal if/when the stars align.
On occasion do indulge in a beverage when there's sports on the telly. You are more than welcome to join in.
We also adopt a semi eco-conscious approach, being conservative with resources at our disposal coming from a farming background. So someone who can adapt to this will be highly valued.
