Your bedroom window will either look out onto the council park with gorgeous trees, or onto the garden beds with plants/flowers/veggies. You would be sharing a bathroom which comes with a shower and a bath.

Description of the home
The house is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac, with the backyard backing out on council park. It is quiet and very private.
There is off-street parking, and one garage space.
The shops and train station are a 3 min drive away, and the Yandina markets are a 10 minute walk - they are on every Saturday with lots of fruit and veggies on offer.
I am ideally looking for a housemate who works full-time, is active and happy sharing an occasional meal but also doing their own thing.
Please note there is no tv - no smokers and no party house.
