WILL BE RESPONDING TO MESSAGES AND ORGANISING VIEWINGS FROM THE 2ND OR 3RD OF JAN. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We're looking to fill one room in our lovely 3 bed place located in a quiet and tree lined cul-de-sac 3 mins from Sydney Park, 3 mins from woolies, 10-15 mins to Erskinville Station and 15-20 mins from King street.

US: Alex - 35 y.o female working full time in Music. Loves walks in the park, seeing gigs, drawing and restoring furniture. Sean - 30's, male working full time in finance. From NZ, loves vinyl, seeing gigs, camping and swimming.

YOU: Working full time from the office, quiet, respectful, VERY clean and tidy, friendly, contributes to household chores and maintenance of the home, pays bills on time.

House is fully furnished. Room can come fully furnished if need be. You'll just need to pay the tenant who's moving out for the peices you keep.

The room is on the ground floor at the front of the house with a lovely window and view to the pretty street beyond. Rent is $516.68 per fortnight exc bills. Internet is paid monthly, electricity quarterly and split evenly. We have a toilet paper subscription and a cleaner that comes fortnightly. We would like the new housemate to take over the tp subscription and be charged with collecting the money for the cleaner and taking out the cash to pay her once a fortnight. The new housemate will need to sign on to the lease. Our lease is up for renewal in August.
