We (Dan and Richard) are Looking for a new house mate to move in a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Alexandria….

House is in an amazing location, nestled between Redfern, Erskineville and Waterloo. 5-minute walk to Redfern Station, Woollies, Dan Murphy’s, Bunnings, cafes, shops and parks, plus a heap of great bars (Alexandria Hotel, Bearded Tit and Lord Raglan). 


Property has two living rooms, both with multiple streaming apps. Bedroom has its own reverse cycle wall unit and there is also one in the kitchen for the shared common areas.

House is fully furnished – Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and fridge, all cooking gear included and a lovely tranquil backyard..

This place is quite social and all about good vibes, it's but not a regular party house (is however known to throw an occasional good one). Dan and Richard are in their early and mid 30's who enjoy outdoor activities, riding, running, surfing, hiking and watching sport.

Rent $390 - per week
Two weeks bond to be paid to landlord: $780
