The house is large, spacious and comfortable and located in a beautiful part of Alexandria, with transport, parks, shops, cafes and gyms all a close walk. All the perks of Newtown and Erskineville are very accessible being only about a 15 min walk away.
My current housemates are moving out, and I’m looking to find replacements. The house is 4 bedroom, but also open to us only filling 3 of the rooms and keeping a spare bedroom/study. Happy to discuss
