Close to Park Sydney and Alexandria Woolworths, Erskineville station and Waterloo station on the new metro. Looking to fill 1 room (downstairs front room) where you will essentially have your own bathroom (note however it’s not an ensuite; it also has the laundry so we would need to access it).
