We are a friendly couple with 8yr old duaghter, looking to rent out our spare rooms. We currently are offering one room with private entry, furnished, private courtyard and bills included for $350 a week, rooms freshly painted, newly renovated house. There is a second toilet (outhouse) which is fully functional. There is a huge backyard with firepit and a garden you are welcome to use. Kitchen laundry and bathroom is shared.

I currently work as a nanny 4 days a week and, studying. I enjoy cooking, heading out for regular walks / exercise, cafe catchups with the girls, and a bit of down time when i can. Im pretty easy going and chilled.
We like to keep a clean and tidy house, unfortunately cant have pets here due to allergies. But definitely have a love for all animals.
