You’ll be sharing the space with a friendly, organized girl who keeps the apartment peaceful and tidy—perfect for someone with the same mindset. You’ll feel right at home with her and her adorable cat, Sunny, who’s always happy to welcome you back.
The room is partially furnished with a built-in wardrobe, double bed, and desk, and you’ll have your own private bathroom. The apartment also comes equipped with all necessary kitchen and laundry appliances.
The location is super convenient—the train station is just a 7-minute walk away, and it’ll take you around 20 minutes to get to the city. Woolworths in Wolli Creek is just a 15-minute walk.
The room will be available from 20th September (or earlier if needed - rent is covered), you’ll only start paying from the 21st.
