I’m looking for a respectful girl to take my room upstairs in our penthouse apartment.
This is a lease transfer. The current lease is till the 26th April, and will be continued on by an existing member with a new lease for another 6+ months.
Rent: $350 per week (bills not included)
Bond: $1400
Available: 29th March 2025

* Note: As myself and another housemates will be moving out, the shared living spaces will be semi-furnished and will require a couch and washing machine, which can be coordinated with Emily!

You’ll be living with 3 other girls who are in their 20’s and work full time with interests in health and wellness, music and food! The girls are super friendly, social and love to chat but also appreciate their quiet time at home during the hustle periods - definitely not a party house.
