For 1 single: private bedroom (#3 on drawing) with built-in wardrobe and shared bathroom (with only 1 other person): $230/week, including all bills (electricity, water, high speed NBN, house cleaning every 4 weeks, Netflix) and including consumables (cleaning & kitchen & laundry products, toilet paper, tea, coffee pods)

Room is currently furnished with a Queen bed but can be another size or unfurnished on demand.
Quite a small room but there is a huge garage if you need to store some stuff.

Better if you're not too impressed by a big dog.

Direct train to Central takes 18min. Train to airport = 11min including a change at Wolli Creek. Direct train to Hurstville = 11min.
Bus stop (420; N10; N11: to airports, Town Hall, Cronulla, etc.).

Shared kitchen, dining + living room, laundry (with extra WC), courtyard, front yard with veranda. There is a gym setup in the garage with few equipment.
Locked garage you could use, but there is always space available on the street.

Strata rules do not allow smoking, even outdoor.
