The bedroom DOES NOT come furnished apart from the built in wardrobe so furnish the room as you desire. High ceilings that really create a bright and welcoming space.

The apartment is clean and tidy and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment block that has only 8 apartments - in a quiet street in Artarmon. Artarmon train station is only a 5 minute walk away. Very leafy and family friendly neighbourhood. Other tenants in the building are very lovely. The building has a laundry room with communal washing machine and plenty of outdoor clothes lines.

Kitchen and apartment already has everything you will need. It is a shared bathroom just with myself, and has a bath !!!

There is space in the storage cage available if you need to store some things. Really spacious and recently renovated apartment that has a calm and relaxing vibe - perfect to come home to after a busy day at work.
Plenty of parking available on the street and the trees provide some cover on the street.
Only a 5 min walk to Artarmon train station.
Short walk to RNSH
Lots of great shops and local cafes 5 min walk away
Unfortunately no pets allowed

Looking for a new housemate as my current housemate is moving back home. Looking for someone that is happy to chat over coffee/ drinks/ food and hang out but also ok to enjoy our own space. Prefer someone who is looking to stay for 6-12 months or possibly longer if its the right fit.
