The available room is a ensuite with own private bathroom, which includes a separate shower and bathtub.
The building also offers great amenities like a pool, sauna, and secure garage to rent.
My current flatmate is moving out in June, and I’m looking for someone to take their place and go on the lease with me.
The neighbours are friendly, and the location is super convenient — just 15 minutes to Wynyard by bus.
