The building is 5 min walking from Ashfield mall (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Kmart), cafes, and local restaurants. Literally 3 min from Ashfield station with plenty of fast trains which will take you to Central station in only 10 min.
There’s a covered car space available for an extra $40 / week.

The unit is a homey space that has a large open kitchen fully equipped with a oven, a microwave, a rice cooker, a large fridge and a dishwasher. The kitchen faces a large living area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals, a large couch, a coffee table, a 40 inch TV and fast WiFi (included in the cost). The flat is also provided with a lovely double balcony for us to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal with plenty of natural light coming in. The apartment also has a small laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a laundry sink.
The rules of the house are: no parties, be respectful to others and keep the place clean. Occasional social dinners and glasses of wine are more than welcome!
