Description of the home

I have 2 bedroom unit in Asquith and if you are looking for a space and comfort this will be an ideal place.
My place is in a quiet neighborhood but the garage door of the unit could be noise source. It is has street side parking, 10 mins walk to Asquith Train station and about 8 mins walk to the nearest Coles. If you prefer to drive, Hornsby Westfield is 5 mins drive.
The room has a separate bathroom which will be shared with visitors but if no visitors around,it’s all yours. It has a queen size bed and built in wardobe.
Feel free to use the kitchen and living room. I value my privacy.I don’t allow any overnight stay and if you have visitor, I would prefer for you to entertain them somewhere else.
Aircondition/ heater is available.
Broadband is also available
Bills will be divided by the 2 of us.
