Description of the home

The property is a four bedroom house double story, very spacious and very clean. In a very peaceful, quiet suburb, fairly new and renovated house. So I’m looking for two female housemates, to take up 2/4 bedrooms as I’m occupying one and the other will be a spare bedroom for guest or any other things.

The house does have a big garage space for extra storage. You will be free to move around the house and do as you please, as there is a big open living space with a kitchen dining area and living room. Already fairly furnished and kitchen Also stocked up with dishwasher and cutlery etc so there isn’t too much to buy or add to the house other than your own Personal touch. There are two bathrooms and three toilets. One is an ensuite attached to the main bedroom, a toilet downstairs in the laundry space and a bathroom with a shower, bath tub and toilet/vanity upstairs, which will be for the Housemates as I have my own. nice and fairly decent backyard. There is a cooling and heating system within the house That’s connected to every bedroom so, Aircon which is good for the summer and heat which is great for the winter, which you can individually turn on to turn off in your own rooms. and a lot of storage space upstairs and downstairs.

The area is in the inner west, so still quite central to a lot of places in Sydney including CBD, less than 10 minute drive to the train station, a lot of central amenities all around the area and train line connects to multiple other train lines. not too far from everything but still has the luxury of a quiet suburban living environment.
