*Furnished and lockable room in a centrally located, small, quiet, family-oriented block with friendly neighbours, tame native birdlife and one Pug X named “Joey”.
Small desk, large built-in wardrobe and a comfortable king single bed.
*A three minute walk to bus stop for Manly, City, Northern Beaches or North Shore routes.
*Ten minute down hill walk to Stocklands (formerly “The Totum”) Shopping complex.
*A leisurely half-hour scenic walk to Manly Wharf.
*Smoking is okay as long as it’s done outdoors on the balcony and smoke-accessible windows and doors are closed.
*Pets are welcome as long as they do not disturb tenants and neighbours.
Generic basics provided almost like a Bed 'n' Breakfast. You will not be cold, hungry and unwashed.

Save luxury or otherwise exclusive items, almost everything - all the basics - I replenish and share as if we were family. It means fewer duplicate items cluttering shelves in common areas.
I replenish and share most basic items like flour, sugar, toiletries and consumables for the washing machine, wash basin and so on.
We respect the space, property and dignity of others.
We try to clean up after ourselves, which means leaving areas as we found them.
I am responsible for the heavier domestic duties.
**We are non-smokers. Outdoor balcony smoking is permitted after ensuring windows are closed to keep smoke out of the unit.**
LIFE THREATENING BLADDER STONES MUST BE SURGICALLY REMOVED.
DESPITE HIS OTHER AGE-RELATED HEALTH ISSUES, JOEY WOULD HAPPILY POTTER ABOUT THE APARTMENT. ALWAYS HAPPY TO BE NEAR ME AND LOVES LONG CUDDLES.
Joey the senior adopted Pug is of mixed blood. Crossed with another small breed. Some suggest King Charles Cavalier. Others think a little Jack Russell perhaps.
At this point Joey is not all that mobile. Not keenly aware of his surroundings.
Joey might snap when nuzzled.
Avoidance is effortless. Joey will not obstruct you.
Much time is dedicated to the art of the siesta.
