I'm a happy widow, with a busy life, I'm a writer, involved in local community events etc. I'm mainly vego but eat fish and chicken when I'm out, and I'm fine with meat cooked in kitchen by others. I've had an interesting life. I don't watch much TV but enjoy the occasional movie or sports event. I regularly meditate, play ukulele etc, love the beaches. I have an adult daughter in the city and just want to save a bit of money on the rent. Can be for just a few months as a trial but my lease might end in Sept so the room won't be available long term. I work from home one day a week (in the office for the rest) and am out a lot during the day at the weekend.
It would be nice to have someone who enjoys sharing a bit of news. No need to be best buddies just friendly. But respecting privacy also a biggie as it's a small flat.

Description of pets
I sometimes look after my daughter's big dog, a very gentle great Dane cross. About the size of a ridgeback. He will stay over night once every few months. Not very often.
