I am (Arthur - tenant 1) in my early 50's and I have a teenage (16) son. He lives with me half the week - he's in year 12 at the local high-school. I have my own gardening business (sole trader) and so the gardens are pretty well cared for. I am also completing a Counselling degree.

We are looking, ideally, for someone (or a couple) who will be easy to live with. We appreciate friendly, respectful, professionals who keep a clean space. Always available for a chat in passing and sometimes a shared meal at the weekends. We're a professional household so no really late nights during the working week but we are sociable and sometimes have friends round at the weekends. We don't have a communal sitting-room but the kitchen is HUGE and has a large table and chairs - and this is where we generally congregate. The washing-machines are for everyone's use and we generally share things like condiments/ olive oil/ dish-soap, etc. There are two fridge-freezers and separate food cupboards.
