About the occupants
We’re looking for someone to take over our friend’s part of the lease. I’ve listed two rooms, but only one is available. I’m happy to move rooms into the ensuite if someone would be more interested in reduced rent. You’d be living with me (27) and Jade (25). We’re both young professionals. Jade works in finance and I work in infrastructure consultancy. I travel for work 5 days of the week so the apartment is pretty quiet throughout the week. We’re a friendly household who enjoy a clean and peaceful living environment, but also love opening a bottle of wine on the balcony or in the reserve by the apartment.
