Quiet clean rooms in Beecroft - 5 mins walk to bus stop

Newly renovated rooms available to rent in Beectoft, looking for clean and quiet people who have no issue to pay the rent on time. No party animals!

The house is very close to the bus stop to city. Express bus only takes about 35 mins to town hall. It’s not very close to the train station, about 25-35 mins walk, but you can take bus to Metro station or pennant hills station for transfer. Or you can drive to Beecroft station for 2-3 mins and then transfer from there if you got car. Plenty of parking spot available on street.

The rent is start FROM $280/w for single to $450/w (depends on room conditions, with or without en-suite). Rent includes all bills including high speed WiFi.

Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance. Lease term can be discussed.

Smoke only allowed outside of the house, or on balcony. Busy working or studying male who do less cooking is preferred. But any age or gender is welcome.

If you have a pet with you, please also specify the pet’s breed and age etc.
