Description of the home
Looking for one delightful human to join Toni and I in the beautiful sunny apartment we've made home over the past 6 months! Our third housemate Nicole is sadly leaving us due to a change in work circumstances.
Walking distance to Bondi Beach (approx 20mins walk, less if you fang it), Bondi Junction, Double Bay and easy transport to CBD (379 picks up across the road and 333 from Bondi Road is 10 min walk away if that). It’s such a convenient location and although there is some road noise being close to ground level on Old South Head Road, the windows are double glazed so it’s minimised and not a problem. Our local cafe nails their coffee and there's also a gluten free bakery which does a mean finger bun!
Situated in a secure block with lift access, the apartment itself is super light and spacious, with a generous lounge and dining the width of the property that flow out to an entertainer's balcony (which currently lacks furniture so ironically isn't very entertaining - cops some nice sun though!). The kitchen and bathroom are modern with ceramic cooktop and dishwasher, separate laundry (yes, we are fancy). Although there is no air conditioning, the apartment stayed very cool during summer and was never uncomfortably hot. Winter has been COLD up in here though – so glad we’re finally coming out the other side!
The apartment has been furnished however your room comes empty. The room has built in robes and dimensions approx 2.7m x 4m. Nicole currently has a queen bed, bedside table, small desk and TV set up in her room so although it’s not huge, it can accommodate quite a bit! You'll only be sharing the bathroom with me, and there's also a carpark available which would fit a small car only (mazda 3 size absolute max I'd say).
