A lovely Art Deco building, It’s cosy yet spacious, which is hard to find in the area believe me. We are a 15min walk to Bondi Junction (shops and Trains) or a 5 min walk to the Bellevue shops and cafes, there is a bus stop 2mins from us that go's directly to the Junction. Also we are about a 20 min walk to Bondi Beach or just a short Bus ride away.
In the lounge room you will have access to Stan, Netflix and the other apps available on the TV. The Kitchen has plenty of bench space and a gas stove top, great to cook on.
Your room is huge it has a built in cupboard and plenty of space for you and you belongings, also as we are on the back of the property we don't get any street noise, the lounge room has a great view and we have access to a big beautiful shared backyard that could host a BBQ or a gathering or two.

Im pretty easygoing for a housemate, through the week I am up early trying to keep to a routine lol. I usually like to cook and watch a show or two in the evenings. But I’m always up for a glass of wine and a chat ☺️ I’m respectful of your personal space and quiet time and I will always pick up/ clean up after myself.
Neurodivergent (ADHA)
On the weekends I love going to the beach or going out for long lunches with friends or simply going just getting out for a walk.
Liam is big grey and fluffy, really friendly, will love you if you give him chicken.
Chris is small black shorthair, he’s shy but give the best cuddles once he warms up to you.
