This is a fabulous 1930's deco apartment located directly between Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach with a bus stop at the front door and leafy aspects. The bathroom has a large bath also which is great. It's a shared apartment but I am always away for work so essentially you get to have the huge apartment all to yourself. It's currently furnished but room to add your own pieces should you wish to. I am in the apartment once every two months so it's very chill. Ground floor, spacious, quiet, great neighbours and beautiful area.

A beautiful spacious art deco apartment with living room and separate dining area in Bellevue Hill, smack bang between Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction, excellent location with busses every 15 minutes right on the door step to the city and the beach.

Has: Stainless steel large fridge, glass kettle, lounge, TV, dining table and chairs and mattress if required. Lightly furnished with everything you need.

Available as a one bedroom apartment. I live between two residences and am only in about once a fortnight for an hour or so so you would virtually have the entire apartment to yourself to live in as a sole occupier. It has wooden floorboards throughout, high ornate ceilings and is a fabulous apartment to live in, cool in the summer with leafy aspects.
