Description of the home

I have a room spare in the apartment that will be available from May after I move in late April.

The apartment is spacious and new, you will get your own bathroom too.

There is a nice view and is near the new Belmore metro station, which isn't open yet but there is free buses to Sydenham from the station until the new Metro station is completed.

Street parking is available if you drive.

Storage cage available in underground carpark.

The room is not furnished for now, but I am flexible to get you furniture switching depending on what you need. If you want to bring your own bed and mattress, that's fine.

Nice, clean and quiet apartment and building complex. There is a large IGA supermarket and Anytime Fitness gym downstairs.

Belmore shops is nearby and plenty of other shops and market centres in surrounding areas. Nice neighbourhood with parks nearby.

As mentioned Belmore station is still under upgrade construction but there are still free buses from there, and there are buses straight to Strathfield T2 line in the north and in the south there are buses to Kingsgrove station T8 airport line.
