The house has three lounge rooms with TV's. The kitchen is huge, and you get your own private cupboard and plenty of fridge and freezer space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Cooking is up to the individual however we often have communal dinners for fun. There is a large foyer with a fish pond. There is wireless internet available. The backyard has a pool and spa, plus a large BBQ area for entertaining, plus managed gardens. There is a games room with ping pong and a pool table.

The house is fully furnished but we could accommodate extra furniture if required. There are two large communal bathrooms both with spa baths. 4 rooms have private bathrooms.

There is plenty of off street parking for you and your guests. Plus it is close to a bus stop to Chatswood and the city. There is a backyard with a vege garden and basketball hoop. There is a large field next to the house which can be used for games and sports.

We have no neighbours close by so it is a very private house.
